Absolutely, Yes! As a Public Servant, transparency is of utmost importance and a Justice of the Peace should be Accountable to every action, judgement and money collected by the court. When I first took office in 2007 I fought for transparency, technology and accountability. I was the first JP to call for an Audit of the JP5 court and my office at the time trail blazed the Odyssey Judicial Court Management System to create the first digital docket system to archive and maintain court records. If elected I would continue to support transparent, ethical and efficient IT to ensure accountability.
*Provide resources to the Public Supporting Equitable & Transparent Access to Justice*Run a Fiscally Responsible Fulltime Court that Prioritizes the Public's Access to Court Services *Re-instate my successful "Juvenile First Offenders" Program giving youth a fresh start. *Continue as I was to Pursue Grants that support Effective Deferred Adjudication Programs * Collaborate as I was before from 2007-14 with ethically compliant Non-Profit Community Partners to support families & youth success.
