The most important issue facing Pleasant Hill is managing growth while preserving affordability, safety, and our small-town character.
Our community is at a crossroads. Pleasant Hill continues to attract families and businesses because of its charm, strong schools, and quality of life—but growth brings pressure on infrastructure, public services, housing affordability, and city finances. If growth is not managed intentionally, it risks outpacing our ability to serve residents effectively and eroding what makes Pleasant Hill special.
To address this, I believe the city must take a balanced, forward-thinking approach rooted in fiscal responsibility, smart planning, and transparency. I believe in clear communication, data-driven decisions, and collaboration with residents to ensure Pleasant Hill grows in a way that strengthens our community.
By planning ahead, using resources responsibly, and keeping residents at the center of every decision, Pleasant Hill can grow confidently.
I bring a fresh perspective rooted in real-world business experience, collaboration, and accountability. I’m someone who asks questions, looks at the long-term impact, and believes residents deserve transparency and a voice in the process. I’m running to help Pleasant Hill grow responsibly, use our resources wisely, and make sure decisions are made with the future—and our families—in mind.
I hold degrees in business and finance and have spent my career working with startups including my own, to publicly traded companies. My specialty is growing organizations rapidly to drive revenue while being responsible and efficient. That experience has taught me how to balance budgets, make tough but fair decisions, and focus on long-term stability rather than short-term headlines. I believe those same principles belong in local government.
I’m running for mayor because I believe Pleasant Hill deserves practical leadership rooted in common sense, transparency, and respect for taxpayers.
