Age 41
Occupation Construction management, conflict and risk mitigation
Highest Post-secondary education B.S., Missouri University of Science and Technology, civil engineering
Public elected offices held City council, O'Fallon, Ward 3, 2019-2025
I will continue to prioritize achievements I have delivered for O'Fallon in my six years of service. 1). Fiscal responsibility: increased services while reducing taxes each year. 2). Safety: traffic improvements and policing. 3). Communication: there is a lot happening in our great town; I keep Ward 3 informed of what’s happening in our area at FB @BibbforCouncil.
I am a community collaborator who brings experience in working with surrounding municipalities and elected officials to elevate O’Fallon and our neighbors. I have expertise in contracts, zoning, codes and private sector business efficiency. My leadership has a proven track record with O'Fallon winning numerous awards. Endorsed by the Fraternal Order of Police-Lodge 15.

Occupation Data scientist
Highest Post-secondary education M.S., University of Pennsylvania, systems engineering; MBA, Villanova University
My top priorities are improving infrastructure to support economic growth, neighborhood safety and ensuring accountable and transparent government. Strong infrastructure ensures growth strengthens our community rather than straining it. Safe neighborhoods attract new residents and protect property values. Transparent government builds trust and keeps residents informed.
I’m qualified to serve because I’ve led communities as an HOA president and served on O’Fallon’s planning and zoning commission, working through budgets, development proposals and public input. I understand how local decisions affect neighborhoods and growth. I’m committed to transparent processes, data-driven decisions and accountable leadership that earns public trust.
Age 55
Occupation Business owner, Kumon of Dardenne Prairie
Highest Post-secondary education MBA, Eastern Illinois University
1). Positive politics. While it is important to hold elected representatives accountable for their actions, we also need to find common ground so that we can work productively, as a team, for our community. 2). Address the issue of reckless driving. Hold reckless drivers accountable, starting from the first occurrence. 3) Ensure adequate support for senior citizens.
I have the time, inclination and the skill set to represent my ward and my community. I have lived in O'Fallon for 22 years and have firsthand knowledge of life in O'Fallon. I have raised a family here and enjoyed living here. This is my opportunity to give back to the community.
