1) Impose 1-year moratorium on the Festus data center. Hold a town hall meeting. 2) Foster affordable housing. Develop the 988 Project - true new starter homes that will cost $150K-$170K. 3) Festus government needs a better way to share information with residents, such as BeHeard Missouri
or Ask City Council, City Budget with Q&A, or online town meetings.

I want to see transparency within the city government and the citizens. Keep taxes down. Improve the downtown area. Festus is the last major city on Interstate 55 until you reach Cape Girardeau. So, bringing more business would help with the economy.
I grew up and graduated from Festus. I have seen how it has changed over the years. I served my country in the army and worked at Jefferson Barracks. I would now like to serve the city and citizens of Festus. I've been volunteering serving on the park board for over 10 years.
