As a parent of three Blackcat daughters, I’ve been actively involved in district events and activities. As a business owner, I bring leadership and operational experience focused on aligning resources and goals.

1). Work to change the college-bound-only mentality to include the trades. Introduce students earlier to career choices. 2) Attract/hire/maintain qualified administrators, teachers, paras and staff and ensure the practices of kindness, compassion and best learning strategies. 3) Spend taxpayers' money wisely by staying on budget and maintaining a fund balance goal.
Eighteen years as special education paraprofessional at Windsor C1; 18 years on the Dunklin board; passed multiple bond issues; hired several superintendents; watched facilities grow and have seen many graduate. I have three Blackcat graduates and two grandsons currently attending. I am an advocate for and am dedicated to public education and to the success of kids.
