Share any experience in education or within the district.

Age 39
Occupation Business owner, accounting and financial operations
Highest Post-secondary education B.Acc., Central Methodist University, accountancy
My top priorities are student achievement, responsible financial stewardship and safe, supportive schools. Every student deserves a high-quality education that prepares them for college, career or trades. We must manage taxpayer dollars transparently and wisely and ensure our schools are safe, respectful environments where students and teachers can thrive.
Over the past eight years, I’ve served our district in many capacities, including supporting teachers through the PTSO, facilitating the Junior WINGS Board, serving on the parent advisory committee and participating in strategic planning. As a WINGS Educational Foundation board member and parent of two students, I stay actively involved and engaged across our schools.

1). Protect our students. 2). Prepare them for their post-graduation lives. 3). Propel them to do great in life and add value to the community.
Spending the past three years as a board member for the school district has shown me that, as a society, we need to do better for our children. We need to focus on the foundational basics of education so that they will be better prepared for life after school. We also need to get the parents engaged in the entire process, not just the “fun” stuff.

My top three priorities are student success, supporting teachers and staff, and responsible fiscal stewardship. I am committed to meeting diverse learning needs, fostering safe and inclusive classrooms, empowering educators with resources and making transparent decisions that reflect community values and ensure long-term stability.
I am a proud graduate of this district. I completed substitute teacher training and served six years in the U.S. Navy, where I trained personnel and supported leadership. Through volunteer and community service, I have supported students and remain committed to serving educators, families and our schools.
