Important goals include expanding housing types (affordable, senior, middle income) so families, young /old can afford to live here. Within that, coordinating housing with other town plans (mobility, climate, land use) so growth supports sustainability and livability rather than straining these ideals. Increase affordability of commercial space so independent shops/restaurants can thrive.

I have lived in Wellesley since 2012 and have been a Town Meeting Member for Precinct D since 2018.
I believe Wellesley needs to reform the way it approaches development to ensure all residents and neighbors have a chance to be heard. I believe we need to modernize our school facilities including adding air conditioning to the remaining schools that don't have it. I also believe our public schools need to be more transparent and accountable to residents.

Crafting a path forward to create real housing options for downsizing, as well as diverse affordable options for housing -achieving this while maintaining an environmental and esthetic balance within neighborhoods. Another goal will be to slow the escalation of taxes, making careful decisions regarding spending while ensuring competitive wages for employees and renovation of the aging schools.
