My top three priorities are: improving student outcomes by expanding the support services students need to succeed while maintaining affordability for working families; aligning academic programs with regional workforce needs by expanding health sciences and skilled technical programs; and completing a new strategic plan in 2027 that prepares STLCC for long-term success.
I possess a unique blend of public service and higher education experience that has prepared me to serve effectively in this position. I have spent five years on my local school board and I have 10 years of community college experience, five in student services and five as a faculty member, giving me a comprehensive understanding of student needs and college operations.
