My top three priorities are: 1). Better communications such as a newsletter, a website and a robocall system to alert residents of news and meetings. 2). Creating ordinances to help our city track down out-of-town property owners. 3). Work with code enforcement and police to crack down on tenants who are working on vehicles as an automotive shop.
I have been serving in this office for 10 years. During that time, I have taken Municipal League training and participated in conferences. My experience and learning activities will help me to better serve the city I represent.
