1). A safer community: instead of vacant lots, I will work to build homes like Wellston did. 2). Financial literacy: teach our youth to understand and apply financial skills, such as budgeting, managing debt, saving and investing. 3). Youth resources: clean up our parks so they can provide essential spaces for physical and mental health and social development.
I have lived in Pine Lawn my entire life. My grandparents, who were pillars of this community and supporters of Mayor Pelton Jackson, have taught me the importance of community. That means restoring Pine Lawn to the way it used to be. I have been active in trying to make changes but believe being on the board will provide me with additional tools to make change.
