Age 55
Occupation Software engagement/project manager
Highest Post-secondary education B.S., Maryville University, marketing
1). Verify new commercial and residential development decisions are based on what's best for citizens first, then the city. 2). Being a voice for both residents and businesses. We need to balance both to keep the quality of life that makes Olivette a great place to live and to have a business. 3). Managing the budget for both future opportunities and economic downturn.
For nearly two decades, my wife, Christina and I, along with our fur babies, have been proud to call Olivette home. My professional background includes over 25 years of consulting for city, county and state governments - specializing in the HR and financial systems that keep them running. That expertise and my five years of service on parks and recreation qualify me.
Age 56
Occupation Industrial hygienist, environmental engineer
Highest Post-secondary education MPH, University of Michigan, industrial hygiene and environmental health
My top three priorities are 1) continuing to implement the 2024 Olivette Comprehensive Plan, 2) promoting economic development along the Olive corridor while maintaining our core values of sustainability, diversity and affordability, and 3) furthering stormwater management progress to protect property investments as we face stronger storms due to climate change.
I have been an Olivette resident for over 25 years and have served on many Olivette commissions: Future Task Force (2013-2014, secretary), board of appeals (2013-2024), and planning and community design (2014-present, current chairperson). Professionally, I am an environmental engineer and industrial hygienist (B.S. in civil engineering and MPH in environmental health).

Olive development: ensure new projects along Olive are aligned with the city's master plan and provide the most benefit for the community. Maintain and improve walkability: widen existing sidewalks and partner with MoDOT and existing property owners for safer sidewalks across our city. Balanced budget: continue meeting our budget reserve policy and overall budget.
Prior to joining the Olivette City Council, I served on the parks and recreation commission. I’ve also met many residents through coaching in the Olivette Youth Sports League the last five years. I've been in leadership for over 10 years in my professional career, directing teams, overseeing $10M-plus annual budgets and driving results for various St. Louis businesses.
