Review and revise outdated ordinances which also includes landlord accountability and collaborating with citizens and board members to address dilapidated and problem properties and other concerns.
My education, experience, inclusivity, training and service to the community has prepared me for this role. Effective leadership is crucial for continued growth and prosperity. Now is the time for change. My name is on the ballot for two seats. I will be the positive change that is needed for Bellefontaine Neighbors.
1). Completing audits, 2022 to present. 2). Updating the city website with accurate information, particularly the date and times of city meetings and cancellations. 3). Getting the city fully staffed. Until then making the SOP for contract acquisition more proactive to cover until full staffing is completed.
Good at breaking down big problems to smaller ones and solving them in a methodical manner through deductive reasoning. Willing to entertain ideas no matter where they come from. Willing to work with others despite what I think of them and/or feelings about them at the moment.
