Gary Vician is a husband, father and grandfather.
Born in DeKalb, IL. Growing up in the western suburbs of Chicago and in the 14th Congressional District of Illinois.
College degrees from Northern Illinois University and Loyola University.
A career teacher and administrator. Taught science, mathematics, technology, history, government and a number of other subjects. Coached basketball, volleyball, soccer, football, track and field.
Served as a Township Trustee in both Addison Township and Naperville Township.
Served as Naperville Supervisor and Chief Financial Officer.
Volunteering for Chuch, Boy Scouts, Lions Club, Exchange and Rotary Clubs.
Leadership roles: Lions Club President and Boy Scout Thunderbird District Chairman.
1. Lower costs for citizens through eliminating waste and stopping government overreach.
2. Bring back good manufacturing jobs and safe streets.
3. Protect Constitutional freedoms, free speech, religious freedom, second amendment, and eliminate government tyranny by establishing term limits for bureaucrats and elected officials.

Stop undocumented individuals from trespassing into our country.
Reform laws to figure how long term illegal trespassers can be allowed to become citizens after some procedures to cover costs that were not paid into social security and other taxing programs.

Jim has spent his life since he was a young adult, in his professional career, in local volunteer service organizations, and in politics in Service and Leadership, practicing Persistence, Perseverance, Courage, Commitment, Teamwork and Action. It takes more than words to build a brighter future. He has a unique combination of personal service locally, for our children, professionally working daily with colleagues and clients from around the world, and politically, these last ten years, in many roles both as Republican Party leader and Candidate.

Reduce all spending in non-defense, non-veterans, discretionary spending, 1st to pre-COVID levels, then move to zero-based budgeting and a balanced budget. I support a balanced budget Constitutional amendment with line-item veto on budget bills.
I Support the President Trump's DOGE and swift action to enact rescissions packages targeting wasteful spending, reductions and spending freezes. I support the CAGW, oppose earmarks in the Congressional “Pig Book” and support the elimination of Earmarks.

Free enterprise is where market forces determine prices and production without government interference, allowing individuals to own and use economic resources. Private property rights are imperative as they provide incentives for individuals to invest, innovate, and produce goods and services, which are fundamental to economic growth, fostering a productive economy. American is the oldest, longest prosperous free enterprise system in the world, without it “We the People” are not free!

Congress job is to firmly support and defend the 2nd Amendment against federal, state and local efforts to infringe upon it. The right to bear arms as unequivocally stated in the Bill of Rights: "A well-regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed." It is the 2nd Amendment which protects the 1st Amendment and all other Rights of the American Citizen. If you want to reduce violence by any means whether firearms or not, a well-armed and regular citizenry has proven time again, to reduce crime and violence wherever it is protected.
The PPACA (Obamacare, Bidencare, UnderCare) or as I know it the UN-Affordable Care ACT. It’s time we kill the beast and Make Healthcare Affordable Again by rejecting PPACA.
I will: strengthen laws protecting pre-existing conditions; enact radical tort reform to protect both patients harmed and consumers from footing the bills for billions in damages and fraud; enact portability of insurance across state lines & from employer to employee, states may not ban out of state; remove limitations on when, where and how you can buy insurance, eliminate year-end sign-up periods; strengthen and promote health share networks; and enact tax-deductible health savings accounts for all, Require mandatory price lists, Return to Free Market!
We should allow to people to immigrate to the U.S. whom are Individuals seeking to become an American citizen who LOVE America and FREEDOM, who possess, drive, skill, and ability to prosper, on a limited number basis capped at levels that protect American citizens interest first. And those who are legitimate in eminent danger and meet the full legal requirements for refugee and Asylum status
We must abolish laws for sanctuary states and cities, fine and imprison elected officials who violate federal immigration laws and enforcement and interfere with the same. We must cut funding to any states and cities who don’t follow federal law. State and federal funds shall be denied to any public or private entity, not in compliance with federal law.
