i have worked in public service for my entire adult life. I retired from the Arkansas Department of Transportation and Salem Fire Department as Chief. I have a working knowledge of county government.
I want to improve the level of communication within county government. We are a small community, and it is vital that we all work together to improve.

I am often asked, what does the County Judge do exactly?" when I mention that I am running for that position.
Many people think a County Judge runs a courtroom—but in Arkansas, the County Judge is the chief executive of the county, more comparable to a mayor, but at the county level.
Key Responsibilities:
• County Finances – Managing the county budget and disbursements
• Infrastructure – Overseeing county roads, bridges, and all county-owned buildings and properties
• Departments – Supervising vital services such as:
• Office of Emergency Management
• Road Department
• County E9-1-1

There are several projects started and I want to make sure that they are completed.
I have been across Fulton County from corner to corner and I want to make sure that no area feels like it is neglected. Every road matters.
I plan to push through and complete all of the projects that I have laid out and worked towards during my time at the road department. While trying to improve road maintenance frequency. I plan on repairing damaged relationships and work towards common ground while listening to the people of Fulton County.
