I am the best qualified candidate and resident of Fort Bend County, for over 30 years and served as Precinct Captain, elected Precinct Chair, Director, North Mission Glen MUD board, HOA President of Mission Glen, and Fort Bend County Democratic Party Treasurer. I believe this experience and ongoing work in Precinct 4 demonstrate s why I am the best qualified candidate to continue serving Precinct 4.
I believe the two pressing issues that I will face once elected is redistricting and budget matters. Although safety is paramount and an issue too. First of all, the courts have allowed the 2025, maps be used. There are ongoing lawsuits and court hearings that must be resolved. Once resolved, implement a Redistricting Committee to undertake redistricting matters. Secondly, there is ongoing road construction in Fort Bend County one of the most diverse counties in the U.S., with racial backgrounds to include: white Blace, Asian and Hispanic. I will review the current budget, plan and prepare for what allotted money is required to complete ongoing road construction.

Two pressing issues are flooding/mobility and access to healthcare and mental health services.
I will prioritize data‑driven drainage and road projects using updated flood and traffic risk to target the most vulnerable neighborhoods, while publishing simple public reports so residents can track progress.
I will work with Fort Bend Health & Human Services, FQHCs, and hospital systems to expand clinics, EMS capacity, and mobile crisis/mental health teams in high‑need areas, tying county funding to clear performance benchmarks that are reported publicly.

I've successfully managed multi billion dollar global budgets as well as shoe-string small business budgets while growing the business from 1 person operation into a global success. My expierence also includes both military & various level of law enforcement.
I have experience on public boards, reducing costs, waste & customer service. Currently on FBMUD50.
I have 3 specific goals - Traffic -Eliminate Public Waste -Crime & Safety.
Traffic is a nightmare as we grow, we have to balance growth with the pace of infrastructure availability (both traffic and utility).
To address this, we have to stop using contractors who do not plan their work & drag projects out. Expectations must be raised & met as in the private sector. Warranties must be honored.
Waste - Govt typically pays 40-60% higher prices than the private sector yet gets less quality. This must end. Anyone who damages public property or streets (i.e. to run utilities) must reimburse county for damages.
Crime deterrence works, lets focus resources on deterring & punish violence harshly
