As a financial professional, I bring expertise in budgeting, accountability, and efficiency. I value transparency, problem-solving, and respectful collaboration. My focus is keeping Forest Hills fiscally responsible while protecting classroom resources and ensuring every decision supports student success. I believe in practical solutions, clear communication, and working together to keep our district strong.
I believe every student deserves respect and the chance to succeed. I don’t support quotas or political agendas, but I do support policies that promote fairness, safety, and equal opportunity. Forest Hills should continue to prepare students to work with people of all backgrounds while keeping the focus on academics, student success, and respect for families’ values. That’s how we unite our schools, not divide them.
Strong schools depend on trust and collaboration. I support open communication, transparency in decision-making, and opportunities for parents, teachers, and students to provide input. Programs that promote parent engagement, strengthen teacher support, and give students a voice all help build accountability and shared responsibility. Together, we can create an environment focused on academic excellence and student success.

I am entering 23rd year teaching science at a public high school. I have worked on 5 levy campaigns, am as fluent in school finance as anyone can be in Ohio currently with changes flying out of Columbus, and regularly communicate with elected officials on school related issues.

I hope to bring practical experience and knowledge from 20+ years experiencing school board policy impacting daily school operations.
Incredibly important. Students grow through new experiences, and that includes academic experiences inside the classroom and human experiences with their classmates, teachers, and the school staff. Making sure all students feel safe, respected, and valued is essential to making sure students are ready to learn.

Our previous board cancelled Diversity Day, I am excited to reinstate the event and to attend with my own high school student.
PTO / PTA are wonderful organizations that are often run by parents for the students and staff, with guidance by the administrator and should be supported.

In our district's case, relationship repair between the community and school board is necessary. Regular communication in the form of open houses, building leadership meetings, student leadership groups, regular communication between the administration and other groups will re-open those lines of communication.
