1) Finances - Since joining Council, I have been a stickler for ensuring Norwood's budget is passed in accordance with State Auditor standards and aligned with key priorities.

2) Families - Since 2000, Norwood has seen a 41% decrease in its school-aged population. I will champion family-friendly amenities and better City-School collaboration.

3) Future - Norwood doesn't have a strategic plan. For our community to reach its full potential, we have to set a long-term vision and march toward it.
