I'm the president of the Harvest Home Fair Association, a Cheviot-Westwood Kiwanis Member, on the board of the Cheviot Historical Society and Cheviot Police Association and active with the Cheviot Community Foundation and am a Cheviot Eagles Member.
In my role as a project director for many years, I've gained the experience to run team to be focused on working towards a goal while tracking short term and long-term tasks. I'm ready for this next step to help Shepard Cheviot's revitalization!
1. Address vacant buildings in the business district. 2. Tackle the issue of out-of-state landlords that don't maintain their rental properties and are inaccessible to their tenants. 3. Develop a long-term vision for Cheviot vs the current approach that only has council focusing on the issues of the day instead of planning ahead.
