I believe Hebron’s biggest challenge over the next four years will be managing growth and development in a way that reflects the priorities of our residents. Change is coming, and it’s important that we approach it thoughtfully—considering zoning, infrastructure, and the character of our community. My goal is to work collaboratively with Village Council, the administration, and the mayor to ensure growth benefits Hebron as a whole and strengthens the quality of life for all residents.
My background has given me the skills to approach these challenges with both strategic insight and practical problem-solving. Professionally, I have experience analyzing complex issues, building consensus, and implementing solutions—skills that translate directly into making thoughtful decisions about growth, zoning, and development. Locally, my work as HOA president for the Lake Forest of Hebron neighborhood and serving on various village committees has shown me how to listen to residents, help resolve issues, and balance different perspectives. These experiences prepare me to collaborate effectively with council, administration, and the community to ensure Hebron grows in ways that make sense for everyone.
The one thing I want to improve is my understanding of how council and village administration can best work together to serve residents. My goal is to keep learning and growing so I can contribute effectively and help Hebron continue to thrive.
