Licking County Municipal Court Clerk
The Clerk’s office is responsible for maintaining the public record on all court cases in the Licking County Municipal Court as well as collecting and distributing fines, court costs and fees associated with traffic/criminal cases and for receiving Judgments, Evictions and Small Claim cases filing fees or ordered garnishments. The Clerk s Office staff provides assistance to the Courts with case management, the public, ALL LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES in Licking County, attorneys, Prosecutor and Defense attorneys, who utilize the services of the court. The total number of all cases can range from a low of 15,000 to 25,000 cases per year. Complete listings of case load and disbursement of revenue can be found in the full annual report.
