To be the person that listens to the concerns and opinions of our parents and staff concerning the education and safety of our children. To be more vigilant in our hiring process to keep abusive predatory people out of our school and to negotiate better contracts for staff so they stay and build long lasting relationships in our community.
By being present and available to people when they have concerns or ideas. I want to listen to and consider all sides to find the best outcome for our school. I would talk to other board members and administration to figure out the flaws and how we can make appropriate changes to have a stronger and kinder staff.
