Training & Experience
Served a term as Trustee 2022-2025, 30 years of serving the public with their real estate needs, 9 years as a director on the Portage Board of Realtors, 8 years as chair of professional development for the Portage County Board of Realtors
My role as a township trustee is to make sure our community's needs are met by overseeing operations such as road maintenance, safety services, parks, and local assistance programs. I help set priorities, approve budgets, and ensure that taxpayer dollars are being used efficiently and transparently. While township employees handle daily tasks, it is my responsibility, along with my fellow trustees, to make sure those operations reflect the values and best interests of our residents. What I value most in being a trustee in our township is serving a nonpartisan role. My focus isn't on party politics, but on working with everyone in our community - to listen, solve problems, and make decisions based on the needs of our residents, not a political agenda. This is a role that gives opportunity to listen to all voices and serve every member of our community with fairness and respect.
