Hambden is very strong in balancing the budget, with recent approval at the budget hearing for 2026. Our board is in agreeance to all matters that come up and comes together with good discussion. Our fiscal officer is very diligent while working with the Township's funds. Hambden had a clean audit. At this time I do not see that Hambden is facing any challenges, besides inflation. A threat to our township, and the whole state, would be the elimination of property taxes, this is what township funding relies on. I will continue to work along side the fiscal officer and see that tax dollars are spent wisely.
