Chardon City Mayor
Term: 4 years commencing 1/1/2026.Responsibilities: Preside at all meetings of city council; serve as official head of municipality for all ceremonial purposes, for military or defense purposes, and by the courts for the purpose of serving civil process. Retains vote as member of city council; has no veto. Acts as presiding judicial officer in civil proceedings in accordance with state law and city ordinances.
