Spotsylvania’s biggest challenges are rapid residential growth, strained infrastructure, and lack of transparency. Growth has outpaced our roads, schools, and services, leaving taxpayers to cover the costs. If elected, I’ll work to slow unchecked development, require stronger proffers, and put infrastructure first—improving rural roads, supporting teachers, and funding first responders. I’ll also bring transparency by involving citizens in decisions that affect their communities. My priority is managed growth that benefits the people of Berkeley, not developers.
I am the best candidate for Berkeley Supervisor because I bring proven leadership as a retired Air Force officer, engineer, and long-time community servant. I’ve served on Spotsylvania’s economic development and transportation committees and worked directly with the Marine Corps on advanced data centers—experience that is critical as Spotsylvania begins working with this high-priority industry. My focus is on slowing unchecked residential growth, requiring stronger proffers, and ensuring our infrastructure—roads, schools, and first responders—keeps pace. I’ll put citizens before developers and bring real transparency by involving the community in every decision.
What I like most about living in Spotsylvania is the strong sense of community and connection to our history. Neighbors look out for one another, and there’s a genuine pride in our schools, churches, and local traditions. I value our balance of rural character and family-friendly neighborhoods, where small businesses and farms still thrive. From church gatherings to local ballgames, it’s a place where relationships matter. Spotsylvania is home—and I want to ensure it stays a great place to live, work, and raise a family.
