I initiated the File-by-Exception Personal Property or Car Tax Return process saving both citizens and the office time and money.

I opened a DMV Select Office within the Commissioner’s Office at City Hall and successfully operated it for over 10 years delivering high demand DMV vehicle-related services with friendly home-town service.

I had the DMV2Go Mobile RV Unit visit City Hall and other City locations for over 11 years. I was the first in the state to host the DMV Connect Service at the American Legion, and hosted hundreds of return visits until the program was curtailed statewide.

I won the Chamber of Commerce’s Pillar of the Community Award.

I will continue to modernize the COR office and provide excellent customer service.
