Continue to provide consistent raises for teachers and staff while focusing on recruitment and retention of top tier educators. Maintain and elevate our ranking as #2 district in Kansas Expand Real World Learning and STEM partnerships.
For the past four years, I’ve had the honor of representing our community as a dedicated mom of two students in USD 232, the proud daughter of a public school teacher, and a passionate advocate for public education. With a professional background in healthcare advocacy and administration, I bring both personal and professional experience to the table, working every day to ensure our schools and families have the support they deserve.
I believe the core responsibilities of someone elected to this office is ensuring the success of all students. I also think being a good steward of public funds, ensuring academic excellence, and supporting the teachers and staff who make our schools thrive. It’s also critical to actively listen to both families and employees, serving as an open and honest line of communication. Building and maintaining strong relationships within the district and the broader community is essential, as is simply showing up, being present, engaged, and committed to our community.
