The mayor is the chief executive officer of the city. In this role, the mayor is responsible for the general welfare of the city. Duties: Representing the town at meetings with officials of other government entities. Examining the proposed budget and approving any final spending order. Appointing staff to government positions such as city attorney, city secretary and other unelected positions. Attending public events in an official capacity. Mayors are the executive level in the three branches of government.

I am running for Mayor. I want to bring what skills i have to continue to make Roy city function and thrive. Also not become so over crowded that people dont want to live in Roy. To help make are resources work with out the need of

Problem solving looking at a issue and figuring out the best possible way to solve it. I have had many years and sorts of situations that i have sharpened these skills. In my types of work and jobs i have had. i work well with people and have a good understanding of peoples wants.
I belive that balancing and spending a budget first is whats best for the city to continue to thrive. this is not in any way what one individual wants is whats best this is how i belive these matters should be handeled
