1. Promoted enhanced security: Ensure our law enforcement personnel have the necessary resources to effectively and efficiently keep our citizens and their property safe.
2. Continued, sustainable growth: Seek to encourage growth at a moderate sustainable rate that benefits Haysville.
3. Limited government: Recognizing that power is loaned from the citizens of Haysville for the purpose of promoting their advantage.

Training, teaching and instructing personnel in various industries for much of my career. A masters degree in counseling helps me listen well to the needs of others. Experience in a variety of industries such as US Air Force, Coca Cola bottling company, Pfizer pharmaceuticals, aircraft manufacturing, substance abuse prevention, and consulting in process improvements.
I see the city council as the first level of elected government supporting the citizens of the Ward (District) in promoting their voice (concerns) at the city level.
