Over 25 years of leadership in global industries, including defense and clean energy. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Global Supply Quality and Compliance at Plug Power, where I lead strategic planning, manage complex systems, and drive continuous improvement.

Proud Mechanicville resident for 17 years. Deeply involved in local events and youth programs, including MACSC, MSUSC, the Mechanicville Drama Booster Foundation, and STEM outreach initiatives.

Collaborative & Strategic Thinker: Skilled in cross-functional communication, conflict resolution, and long-term planning. I believe in transparency, listening to all voices, and making decisions based on what’s best for students, families, and educators.
I’m motivated by a deep sense of responsibility—to my child, to their classmates, to every student, and to the dedicated educators who work tirelessly in our schools. For 17 years, this community has been home. I’ve seen how powerful it is when families, teachers, and school leaders work together to support student success, and I want to help strengthen that partnership at the Board level.

With over 25 years of professional leadership experience—managing global teams, driving complex projects, and solving real-world problems—I’m prepared for the demands of this role. I’m ready to listen, learn, and lead with integrity and collaboration.
My top concern is ensuring that we support the whole student, especially when it comes to mental health, special education, and inclusive learning environments. But just as importantly, we must support our educators, who are often asked to do more with less. They are the foundation of student success, and we need to ensure they have the tools, training, and time to meet evolving needs in the classroom.

Investing in both students and educators means expanding access to mental health resources, ensuring individualized support plans are well-executed, and creating open lines of communication among families, staff, and school leadership. Together, we can build a school system where everyone—students, teachers, and families—feels seen, supporte

Each of these five groups plays a critical role in a school district’s success. Prioritizing one over the others creates imbalance. We can’t support students without listening to educators. We can’t engage families without transparent communication, and we can’t sustain programs without community support.

Strong schools are built on collaboration, communication, and mutual respect. When all voices are heard and valued equally, we create an environment where students can truly thrive—academically, socially, and emotionally. My goal as a Board member would be to ensure that every decision considers the needs of all five groups.
It would be an honor to earn your trust and your vote. Together, we can build a strong foundation for all students to flourish—academically, athletically, and artistically—and for teachers to thrive and feel supported, respected, and empowered to do their best work.
