The two candidates with the most votes in this primary will be on the ballot in November.The members of City Council are representatives of the citizens of the City of Wooster. They are been elected to oversee the city budget, establish goals, and set policies.The City of Wooster is currently divided into four wards. City Council consists of one Council Member from each of these wards and three At-Large members. All Council Members are elected to a four-year term.

One of the lady's term is expiring this year and since there would be only one woman on Council, I felt we needed another lady on it. Also, I am concerned about the roundabout on Oldman and Burbank.
I don't believe that this roundabout works at that location and would vote against it. Hopefully, I could work together with everyone on council.
It concerns me. I'm not sure they will be affordable to a lot of people.
