- I remain active in the Oregon Timber industry for 43 years. My work duties include Tillamook County.
- I am a trained negotiator responsible for the multimillion-dollar procurement of wood based raw material for a large pulp mill.
- I work with wide range of personalities and world views.
- I have belonged to several boards of non-profit organizations in the past.
- I have a reputation of integrity and achieving positive results, particularly in difficult circumstances.
- Determining whether the wastewater processing infrastructure of the NRSA is adequate for current and future needs of Neskowin.
- A focus on complete transparency on all Neskowin Regional Sanitary Authority (NRSA) activity (especially dollar spending) with the public.
- Making sure there are no toxic wastewater leaks in the wastewater system anywhere.
- Hire an experienced professional licensed utility manager to run the NRSA. The NRSA currently runs without one.
- I am familiar with Roberts Rules of order and the law that governs Oregon Public Meetings.
- I am aware that wastewater is highly toxic and therefore must be carefully contained and treated.
