As a former school district superintendent for the last 13 years of my professional career, I worked closely with multiple ESD's throughout the state to bring valuable and strategic services to the districts under my leadership.
The most important functions of the ESD are to provide specialized services to resident school districts that need strategic support most commonly in the areas of special education, school improvement, and technology.
The ESD can continue to serve the resident school districts by providing a stable budget platform and open communications to strategically meet student needs.
