I will always advocate for what is best for the children. In compliance with state polices there should not be much to discuss, however, federal policies are another story and I will never back down from confronting issues that do not make sense in the goal of providing the best possible environment for learning.
We have to provide safe and stimulating schools for children to attend. They are naturally curious and need to be challenged in a way that increases their critical thinking. Graduation rate, attendance, bullying all need to be seriously discussed.
