The biggest challenge currently impacting public education is the learning loss that occurred during the COVID-19 pandemic. A related challenge is the need for teacher professional development with effectively implementing educational technology.
The school district should continue to stay current on safety and security trends for public schools and to partner with community agencies and organizations to know the dangers that come from the community into the schools.
