Do you support election day voter registration? Why or why not?

What actions should the legislature take to address the climate emergency?

What should the legislature do to increase the supply of affordable and middle-market housing in Massachusetts?

What measures would you support to deal with the needs of the large number of immigrants coming to Massachusetts?

What are your priorities for dealing with transportation statewide and in your district?

Yes, I support election day registration because it makes it easier for citizens over 18 to make their voice heard and vote.
Given that we have a climate emergency, we need to create ambitious, attainable climate goals. We need to invest in electric vehicles and clean energy like solar panels.
To increase the supply of affordable and middle-market housing in Massachusetts, the legislature should expand funding and tax incentives for affordable housing development, streamline zoning and permitting processes, and promote walkable public transit development.
I would look to expanding access to essential services like healthcare, education, and legal assistance, and promote economic integration through job training. Improve housing access with more affordable options and work with local, state and federal governments to continue to work on streamlining the process to create greater equity and continuity of services.
My priorities for transportation statewide and in my district include increasing public transit capacity, particularly in areas like ours that are currently public transit deserts. Our district had more transit opportunities before 1970, and it's crucial to restore and expand these services. I will advocate for more shuttles, buses, and other public transportation options to improve accessibility and mobility for all residents, ensuring equitable transit solutions across Massachusetts.
