It depends on what tools are available and what the need is. I am a finance and economics professional, I was instrumental in building a micro finance securitization for the working poor in Central America putting the title of the home in the woman’s name to promote stability and protect the children.. Asking how to solve the need for affordable housing is too general a question. Inflation is the killer here, the national budget deficit is the issue. Big problems.
I am not a political person, but a problem solver. Let’s work to solve the problems that are displacing our seniors and our young people starting out. Both are being hurt by our out of control government and spending.
