The money belongs to the taxpayers of South Carolina if the money has been certified. If found the money has not been designated to a project or agency, the people of South Carolina should expect a check in the mail. The more taxes one pays to the state the larger the amount. The formula used to determine would be the same formula used to calculate the amount of money taxpayers received when the South Carolina Education Lottery commission discovered a windfall. Citizens received money from the government in that situation.
Abortion should be completely be illegal and every citizen should be treated equally under the law.
Free speech includes being able to donate as much as one wants to a candidate. I would not have any limitation on the amount of money a candidate receives.
If there was rising sea levels, then banks would never loan anyone any money along the coast. There is not any problem with rising sea levels.
