Income based, pay as you gain job security. Multiple entities need to be involved, local, state and public investors. Apartment style seems to work the best in most areas. This could be focused on startups with investors and the financial systems with guidelines structured by the state and local govt.
No changes what do ever. This is the greatest process for constituents to make their opinions known!! Legislators need to respect the thoughts and ideas of the people in their district. Make this process easier not harder!!
Education of the public… registration thru schools, college, driver’s license application, job application. All including finger prints and photos. Publicity had made us feel it’s not safe, its very secure in SD, the integrity is still there, voter registration individuals are trained very well!!
Child care could start with a pre-educational system. It’s been discussed. Facilitated within the school system as has Canada for years. A very safe environment. It’s a foreword thinking process, but the advanced nurturing and care would be very advantageous.
Education of the young adults for the work force!!! Multi- district classes to prepare young individuals for the future. We are very short in Agriculture, plumbing, carpenters, electrical workers, truck drivers and heavy equipment users. The other very important challenge is water for the expansion of rural and city living and industry expansions!!
