I have extensive knowledge of the probate process and have been working with a probate attorney to study and increase my knowledge of the process.
As a County Commissioner for the past 7 years, I have gained valuable experience and qualifications that have prepared me to take on the role of County Judge and perform the executive and legislative duties required for the position.

My terms as a County Commissioner have given me a deep understanding of the inner workings of local government. I have been actively involved in decision-making processes, budget planning, and policy implementation, giving me a comprehensive understanding of the county's operations. This experience has also allowed me to develop strong relationships with other public officials on a local, state, and federal level as well as community leaders, and residents alike which will be vital in my role as County Judge .

The biggest problem I see facing our county currently is, trying to provide county services to every resident while not adding financial burden to them. The taxpayers are taxed enough as it is. We need affordable housing, good health care, good child care, good schools, maintain our senior services as well as our veteran services, we need to work to maintain our local businesses to help add more good family wage jobs that would allow families to stay in our county for years to come. I believe with a common sense approach and compassion for one another, WE can restore the American Dream in Grant County.
