Allow Teachers to teach. Give Teachers the tools and support they need, smaller classes (student/teacher ratios). Give Teachers the additional eyes and ears in the classroom, student teachers, or teachers aids. Pay Teachers a wage that will allow them to survive, grow in their careers, and not subsidize the classroom from their already limited salaries. Garbage in, Garbage out 12 years later. We need to invest in our kids, they are our future. Let us invest in the future.
