POLLING PLACE: Warren Building, 90 Washington StreetTown Meeting is Wellesley’s Legislative arm of government. It consists of 240 Town Meeting Members elected by precinct. The members are elected for staggered, 3-year terms so that 10 members are elected from each precinct each year in the March annual town election. Depending on vacancies some precincts will have more members to be elected to fill the unexpired seats.Town Meeting is responsible for passing a balanced annual town budget, and enacts all town by-laws. Annual Town Meeting is held in March/April to enact the following year's budget, plus whatever other matters are placed on the Town Meeting Warrant. The Annual Town Meeting begins the last Monday of March and continues on Monday and Tuesday nights until the business is completed. Special Town Meeting may be held as needed for issues that cannot be delayed until the Annual Town Meeting.

As a TMM and Advisory Committee member, I examine every issue coming before the Town. Education, healthcare, climate, and sustainable planning goals are my top priorities. My 3 children have all been students of Wellesley Public Schools; our family has lived in Wellesley for 20 years. I strongly believe in our schools serving *all* children to their fullest, and prioritizing mental health for all.

As a lifelong Wellesley resident, I seek a second term on Town Meeting to contribute to my hometown and help make decisions that ensure its future. My priorities: 1. Attracting and retaining qualified town employees; 2. Protecting our local environment, preserving open space, and promoting walkability; 3. Maintaining financial strength and long-term sustainability through strategic planning.

I have lived in Wellesley for 50 years, and worked here for 39 years; I love our town!

I grew up in Wellesley and am interested in all facets of Wellesley town government, from Animal Control to Zoning. In particular, I would like to learn more about housing, educational excellence, and environmentally responsible waste disposal, water management, and power usage. I would like to help make Wellesley a town my children and grandchildren would be proud to live in.
