The board of county commissioners (BOCC) acts as all three branches of government at different times: • Manager and Administrator – Makes budgetary decisions for the entire county • Legislative Branch – Sets county ordinances – Sets county resolutions • Quasi Judicial Branch – Acts as Board of Equalization – Planning & Zoning.

None. However I served for 12 years on a school board and ran for Texas State Board of Education.
