Growth has outpaced the infrastructure while the budget analysis of the cost of growth has been severely underestimated. I would like to foster better fiscal understanding by implementing safeguards and analysis to adequately set realistic budget.
Root Cause Analysis: I am making a commitment to transparency and this involves pinpointing the root causes of budget discrepancies. Clear visibility will allow us to make informed decisions.
Leadership Alignment: Leadership must be fully aligned with the vision and goals of the county as outlined in the comp plan and culture of 2C.
Behavior Change: The culture of the county can be enhanced by collectively looking at new ways of thinking and working into our daily practices. This shift also helps align control around costs.
Rigorous Implementation: Setting up robust project management and performance indicators ensures strict control over our cost efficiency program.

Forensic Audit Leadership: I have honed my skills in meticulously examining financial records, detecting irregularities, and ensuring compliance. My attention to detail and analytical mindset allow me to uncover critical insights that inform decision-making.
