Personal Biography Resident of Gardner since 1999. Two children, ages 25 and 21. Business Banker at Crossfirst Bank and 25+ years in the finance/banking industry. Enjoys all sports, outside activities and traveling.

1. Enhance the Special Education program within the district. 2. Retain quality teachers and staff. 3. Redevelop a working relationship with the City of Gardner
Having advocated for my daughter with intellectual disabilities throughout her childhood to her adult years, I have learned first hand what should be provided and what it takes to provide an excellent special education program. I have also learned the skills necessary to advocate for children, teachers and the community which first and foremost starts with building a solid working relationship. FInally, my professional background in finance and banking qualifies me to assist with the various financial and budget decisions that the school board is responsible for and will allow me to be a key member of committees assigned to these topics.
By encouraging diversity in all classrooms of all schools and all organizations as well as faculty and administration to demonstrate kindness, support and acceptance to one another.
I believe the district will need to incorporate a state-approved home-based learning program to offer students that cannot attend school.
