Personal Biography
I am a Haysville resident, husband, father, Army veteran, and technology professional who believes strongly in giving back to the community I call home. My family and I are deeply connected to Haysville, especially through our local schools and community organizations. I currently serve on the Haysville Park Board and the Southampton Estates HOA Board, and I have also been involved with the Haysville Middle School PTO. Community/Public Service
I am actively involved in serving the Haysville community in several roles. I serve on the Haysville Park Board, the Southampton Estates HOA Board, and as Vice President of the Haysville Middle School PTO. I have also been involved in local school and community initiatives, including efforts supporting Haysville USD 261 and improvements to our schools. These roles have given me the opportunity to work directly with residents, parents, educators, city officials, and other community leaders. I believe public service starts locally, by showing up, listening to people, and being willing to do the work needed to make our community a better place to live, work, and raise a family.
Education
My education has included both formal learning and extensive professional and military training. As an Army veteran and an information technology professional with more than 20 years of experience, I have continued my education throughout my career through technical training, certifications, and hands-on experience in complex technology and database environments. I believe education is a lifelong process, and much of what has shaped me professionally has come from continually learning, adapting, and developing new skills throughout my military service and career.

I believe I am the best candidate because I care deeply about the people and communities that make District 93 home. I want to be a representative who listens, stays accessible, and puts our rural cities, farmers, families, and local businesses first.
My military service, professional career, and community involvement have taught me the value of hard work, responsibility, and working with people from all backgrounds. I want to be a strong voice in Topeka for the people who live and work here, protect local interests, support our schools and communities, and make sure rural Kansas is never overlooked.
Kansas’s three most important issues are strengthening rural communities, supporting public education, and keeping our state affordable for working families.
I will fight for farmers, small businesses, and rural communities by protecting local interests and supporting policies that help them grow.
I will work to ensure our public schools have the resources they need while respecting local control.
I will also support responsible tax relief, especially property tax relief, while making sure we do not shift the burden onto families or weaken essential local services.
My approach will be simple: listen to the people I represent, work across party lines, and focus on practical solutions that help Kansas communities succeed.
Kansas citizens should be able to easily see where a bill stands, what changed, who changed it, and when it will be heard. I would support better bill alerts, plain-language summaries, and clear side-by-side comparisons whenever legislation is amended.
I would also reform the “Gut and Go” process. When the original contents of a bill are replaced with substantially different legislation, the public should receive adequate notice and a meaningful opportunity to review and comment before a final vote. Efficiency matters, but transparency and public participation matter more. Kansans should never have to be legislative experts to understand what their government is doing.
Yes. I would support changes to Kansas election laws and voting systems that make voting more accessible while protecting election security and our right to vote.
I would support paid time off for voting, more polling locations, easier mail-in voting, and mobile voting stations for senior citizens and people who cannot leave their homes. No eligible voter should be prevented from participating because of work, transportation, age, disability, or other barriers.
