Qualifications for office Bellevue Borough Council- 14 yrs (2 as President); President - North Boroughs Chamber of Commerce (2 yrs); Volunteer on many community committees / community events; Business owner - 40 yrs.; Well rounded experience in managing, planning, problem solving, communicating and collaborating.
The police force in Bellevue has a good history of operating with integrity. As Mayor, it will be my duty to first learn everything about all aspects of the operations and policies in place. I will work with the Chief and appropriate staff to evaluate the same, including accountability, to determine where any improvements or changes may be necessary. I would also work to get input from residents to understand their perception of the police force and collect ideas to help recognize any other needs that may be beneficial to the overall operation of the department.
