Qualifications I’ve been a township resident for over 20 years, and raised my 3 children here. For even longer, I've been a patent attorney, a job in which I must keep clients informed about options and progress in highly complicated, techno-legal affairs (getting/using patents), and follow their informed instructions. These same skills, I think, are what we need in School Board members - we must inform residents of the complex issues and decisions we face and implement their informed instructions.

1. I want to make our School Board more interactive with and responsive to the residents of our township. ("Most needed" priority.)

2. I want to ensure that ALL of our students have fair opportunities to excel and to become the best students and the best individuals they are capable of becoming. ("Most important" priority.)

3. Cheltenham's school tax rate being the highest in all of Montgomery County, I will watch spending like a hawk and ensure that our tax dollars are spent effectively.

Continue the work of the 5-Year Strategic Plan in creating equity and access for all CSD students by ensuring the best educational and extra-curricular programs. Expand Project-Based Learning (PBL) program introduced in 2017 with private funding, we were able to secure, Cheltenham is offering this new model that engages students in group learning and collaborative projects to address real-world problems. Careful budgetary oversight to hold costs down without sacrificing educational initiatives

My mission is to restore our schools to being "a shining example of what is right with public education" and I have a plan to make it happen.
