Mamaroneck Village works best when its residents are engaged, informed, and encouraged to use their talents and resources to address community issues. With so many informed and capable residents devoting countless hours serving on our official boards and community based groups, Mamaroneck’s can-do spirit is alive and well. My most important challenge as trustee is to bring the talents and energy of the Village together, and not let divisiveness limit our potential.
With residents of widely diverse income and walks of life -- young and old, working and seniors, families and singles—Mamaroneck is a special place. Homes are passed from one generation to the next. Community groups such as Washingtonville Housing Alliance help keep affordable housing available for hard-working but less economically fortunate. I will build on these traditions so that the Village stays an attractive place for our diverse residents because that is such an important shared value. logo
