I will be a mayor who strives for the highest standards of governance and ethical business practices. My goal is to establish a model democracy on the local level where everyone's rights and voices are respected. The Village of Dobbs Ferry is a unique place with history and a rich village culture. In view of recent large-scale development projects, we need to successfully integrate these changes while ensuring our quality of life continues to improve and we plan thoughtfully for the future.
Affordable housing promotes diversity in Westchester County and Dobbs Ferry, and we need to ensure our region is affordable for people from all walks of life and all ends of the socio-economic scale.

By maintaining and improving upon the fiscal health of the Village and keeping taxes low, my administration will have the ability to make critical improvements to Dobbs Ferry’s facilities, infrastructure, technology, and sustainability to benefit our overall quality of life. My other priorities are responsible, prudent development in keeping with our Village character, and having an open dialogue with our residents that values responsive communication regarding concerns.
Affordable housing for seniors, Village employees and working families is extremely important and helps to promote valuable diversity in the community. In addition, I do not want to see long time residents and the next generation forced to leave the Village due to affordability. Luxury housing and its benefits needs to be balanced with affordable housing and its benefits. logo
